Our LazySunday Limpia: is a structured reiki lymphatic massage using somatic breathing, annointing, chakra tuning & lymphatic drainage to aid you in releasing any stored trauma in our muscle memory & mind. Focusing on the resettling of our nervous system . Incorporating my own intention oils and sprays to properly cleanse you throughout your massage,as well as sound bath.

*Now it is intense our body holds ALOT so I do use a lot of pressure which is where we incorporate somatic breathing to help you release as much as possible.*

   Day of: 

 We do no caffeine , no sex , no deodorant. You can shower before but no showering after, for at least 5 hours (but preferably the whole day). Prepare for nothing too strenuous that day as our nervous system will be resetting throughout the day. The spirit of Marijuana or microdosing is welcome to help you transcend. You can come in a strapless bra and loose garments or come prepared to undress. & lastly please come hydrated on water and teas & with plenty of water.
